Season 3, Episode 15: Back in the High Life Again

(Note: I took a break from this story to participate in "Mer-May" on Instagram. Dean, Sam, and friends spent the month under the sea as mer-folk. It seemed like a fun transition to have Dean wake up from surgery, hallucinating about the hunters' mermaid adventures.)
