MerMay 2022

As of 2022, I knew about MerMay and eagerly looked forward to @thadollylama 's prompts.  In fact, I went all out, with an underwater "downtown" set, seven of the main characters from my Supernatural doll stories, and even a complete parody of an episode of Supernatural. I believe the prompt illustrated below was Hooking Up.  Steffi Love reprised her MerMay 2021 role as Kiki the mermaid, Rufus Turbot's sometime love interest.  (Yes, in the spirit of MerMay, I gave all the Supernatural characters sea-related pun names.) Below:  I don't even know what the prompt was, but I got to make puns to my heart's content (below).  This post introduced the mermaid version of Bela Talbot, one of Supernatural's most interesting recurring characters.  I also made an undersea parody of the title card I use on Instagram to start all my story posts: Dean and Bela in formalwear (above) are a parody of a scene from Season 3, Episode 6 of Supernatural, titled Red Sky At Morning....

1:6 Scale Hospital Equipment

Doll Hospital Equipment Suzi Q NICU IV Pump Suzi Q NICU Diy Projex Realistic DIY Hospital My Froggy Stuff Hospital Room I took ideas from all of the videos above and made my own hospital bed and equipment.     I haven't seen any free printables for hospital equipment, so I sourced my own from Google searches.  There's a variety of equipment and labels available on my printables page and here: Get Medical Minis Hospital Bed:   The My Froggy Stuff video has the easiest hospital bed.  The Diy Projex video has a very complex hospital bed.  I made my bed by using ideas from both videos.  I don't need a bed with a realistic lower frame and working wheels because I won't be photographing the bottom of the bed. Monitors:   I used ideas from Suzi Q NICU for my monitors.  However, I did really like the nurse work station by Diy Projex, so I made a page of printables just for a monitor with interchangeable screens.  I made x-rays, brain scans,...

  Previous Episode First Episode It was a quiet winter evening in the A-frame.  Missouri, John, and Bobby were having coffee in the living room. None of the hunters had bothered to light the fireplace.  Ellen would have had a cheery blaze going if she'd been at home, but she was out visiting Pastor Jim Murphy.   Still, the house was cozy.  Missouri had put one of the vintage records on the turntable, and the music played softly in the background.   It was a peaceful scene, except for Bobby Singer's pacing. "Damn kid conned me,"  he grumbled.   "Give it a rest, Bobby,"  John said.   "I just can't get over how Caleb played me for a fool.  I've known that boy for years."   It wasn't just  the sting of being outwitted by the younger man, John knew.  Bobby was genuinely hurt that Caleb hadn't trusted him enough to tell him the truth.
